Testimonials in 2006: What our clients love about travelling with Hanuman

Robert Cicchelli (USA) December 2006
Mr. Engly and Mr. Pon are an outstanding guide & driver, respectively. Both went to no end to take care of all my needs. I felt Mr. Engly had total control of entire tour package and handled all problems with ease. My complement to both, all tour of temples and in general were outstanding, recommend balloon! I had a truly marvellous time and the kingdom of Cambodia a marvellous host, all the people, the most kindness of heart, I will be back.

Joanne Joers (Cambodia) December 2006
The pace of the tour was set at my pace. I was able to see a lot in a short period of time, which is exactly what I wanted! Thank you.

Fanni Gabrielle (Vietnam) December 2006
Everything was wonderful.

Graeme Griffiths (London, UK) December 2006
Factually rich with a great deal of personal insight about what the Pol Pot regime did to Cambodian people. In our questions were answered honestly and sincerely by our guide, who was excellent.

Scott Lewis (London, UK) December 2006
Mr. Bunnareth and Mr. Phon did an excellent job. Thanks for an excellent tour.

Roger C. Lewis (Canada) December 2006
The boat trip from Siem Reap to Battambang was wonderful. At all times on safety and enjoyment was a priority with the guides. Mr. Omnoth, our Siem Reap, Angkor guide is in a class by himself. A scholar and wise man, he was always a pleasure to tour with. It was a privilege to have him as a guide. Special thanks to Mr. Pon, a reliable and thoughtful driver.

Mrs Stephanie Brown (UK) December 2006
We would have no hesitation in recommending your company to our friends.

Subadra Rejappa & Sydney Whiteled (USA) December 2006
The tour was very well designed. We saw all we wanted to see, our guide & driver were good. The choice of restaurants such as Malis and Luna d'Autunno served very good food.

P. Stepinsha (UK) November 2006
We had a very knowledgeable & pleasant guide, and a reliable driver who made us feel special and safe. The selection of sights was very well chosen and the guide was flexible and added more things to see when we showed interest.

Jane Trotman (UK) November 2006
The whole experience was good. Excellent guide and driver. Most informative.

The guide & the driver were prompt courteous and attentive. They were informative on cultural, geographic aspects as well as current local (and historic) customs. Details were brought to our attention which we would not have seen if our guide were not both informed and capable of conveying information to us. The boat trip from Siem Reap to Battambang was wonderful. Mr. Bunnareth coped extremely well in several difficult situations and was able to both adapt and smooth out any potential problems. A large portion of our tour would have been very difficult for us since we knew neither the language nor the protocol. Mr. Bunnareth was most helpful. PS. Mr. Omnoth is in a separate class. A man of considerable learning & culture with whom was a privilege to tour Angkor!
Our guides in both Vientiane and in Luang Prabang were extremely informative. The guide in Luang Prabang sorted out a problem which would have been catastrophic from a tourist’s prospective! At all times our safety and well being was the priority of the guide.

Brianne Holdsworth (UK) November 2006
The variety. Excellent guides – very well organised. Size of the group just right. Excellent driver of

Gillian Henchley (UK) November 2006
Absolutely the most important thing about a short visit is to have a good guide as they can illuminate what you see. Sokhary was excellent in every way, history, where to shop, where to eat and explaining what we saw.

John + Milly Stoney (UK) October 2006
Ambience + welcome at the Hanuman Alaya Hotel. 6*! Guides had excellent English and talked freely on all subjects. Guides have good knowledge. Itinerary going to Roluos temples before Angkor Wat was a very good idea, preparing a build up to the incomparable ANGKOR that did not disappoint. Our guide in Siem Reap – San and Driver Mr. Ban were excellent all round.

Gail Takatsuka, Hawaii (USA) October 2006
Seeing the country through the eyes of a national.
Pol Rith – energetic, enthusiastic, proud of his culture.
Tour driver – excellent driving skills did not “bounce us around” Polite, helpful.
Comfortable hotel. Gentle people. Punctual guide & driver. Delicious food.

Roz & Nick Cahvert (UK) October 2006
It incorporated a good variety of Cambodian life and its people and their culture, history, and ambitions for the future. Excellent guides and attention they gave us.
